1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across all governorates of Egypt.
  • Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Cairo & Giza: 4-5 business days.
  • Alexandria & Delta regions: 4 – 5 business days.
  • Upper Egypt & other governorates: 5 – 10 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Cairo & Giza: Flat rate (e.g., EGP 50 – update with your rate).
  • Other governorates: Calculated based on location (e.g., starting from EGP 70).
  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or upon confirmation via phone/email (for Cash on Delivery).

5. Delivery Partner

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Egypt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • For COD orders, please prepare the exact amount, as couriers may not carry change.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, national events, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • In case of significant delays, our customer service team will contact you directly.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
