1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across all governorates of Egypt.
- Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: 4-5 business days.
- Alexandria & Delta regions: 4 – 5 business days.
- Upper Egypt & other governorates: 5 – 10 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Fees
- Cairo & Giza: Flat rate (e.g., EGP 50 – update with your rate).
- Other governorates: Calculated based on location (e.g., starting from EGP 70).
- Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or upon confirmation via phone/email (for Cash on Delivery).
5. Delivery Partner
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Egypt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- For COD orders, please prepare the exact amount, as couriers may not carry change.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, national events, or unforeseen courier issues.
- In case of significant delays, our customer service team will contact you directly.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
